1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone, role, organisation, KYC documents.
Listing & booking data: warehouse details, pricing, transaction history.
Payment information: processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways; we don't store card numbers.
Usage data: device, IP address, page activity, used to improve the product.

2. How we use your information

To operate the marketplace — match tenants with hosts, run bookings, settle payments.
To comply with legal obligations: GST invoicing, KYC, e-way bill generation, audit trails.
To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, dispute updates).
To improve the product, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests.

3. Sharing of information

We share data with: the counterparty in your bookings (host ↔ tenant identification), payment gateways, KYC verification partners, logistics partners you engage, taxation authorities, and cloud hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights under DPDP 2023

Right to access a summary of your personal data.
Right to correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure (subject to retention required by tax / GST / legal obligations).
Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights.

5. Data retention

We retain transactional records (invoices, contracts, GST filings) for the period mandated by Indian tax and accounting laws. Account profile data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes and comply with audit requirements.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is gated by role-based access control. We will notify the Data Protection Board and affected users of any reportable data breach in line with DPDP requirements.

7. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and preferences, plus a small set of analytics cookies to improve the product. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may break sign-in.
