The contract questions we hear most often.
Is there a sign-up or subscription fee?
Registering and searching are free. Hosts pay a flat 10% commission only on confirmed bookings, deducted at settlement — itemised upfront, no hidden charges.
How is GST handled on bookings?
GST is computed automatically from the booking contract. Inter-state / intra-state supply is derived from the warehouse and tenant GSTINs; e-invoice and IRN generation are part of the platform flow.
What does "RBI-compliant escrow" actually mean?
Booking payments are held in a nodal account at our RBI-licensed payment partner until the tenant confirms move-in. We do not touch the funds. If the booking is cancelled pre-move-in, the full amount is refunded to the tenant.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Host commission drops at quarterly GMV thresholds (₹50L+ → 2.5%). Tenants signing multi-warehouse contracts on Enterprise get blended rate cards across the portfolio.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No platform lock-in. Each booking is governed by its own contract; you can stop using the platform at any time. Existing bookings continue to settle on the original terms.
Do you support on-prem or private cloud deployment?
The marketplace is multi-tenant SaaS. For Enterprise customers requiring data-residency or private cloud (Azure / AWS India regions), we can scope a dedicated tenancy as part of the MSA.
